To start manufacturing gloves for you, we need to know some details, and first of all – take photos with your measurements. After your request, we will contact you via messengers or by phone
Glove production lasts from 3 to 5 working days, but the exact time you will find out when placing your order
In Ukraine payment can be made to the Ukrainian card of Monobank or Pryvatbank after confirming your order
You can also place a cash on delivery order, if the delivery takes place on the territory of Ukraine. In this case, to the cost of gloves will be added a fee of the carrier for a post-payment.
For residents of other countries around the world, the payment is made through Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Western Union, Money Gram, etc.
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the company "Nova Poshta"

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” gloves and hosiery items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Returns or exchanges of other products are possible within 30 days (excluding the day of purchase), provided that the item has not been used and remains in its original condition.
Returns are accepted in cases where the item does not fit in size or color, or cannot be used for its intended purpose for other reasons.
Custom-made orders require full prepayment and are not eligible for return or exchange. You can find more detailed information in the “Custom Tailoring” section.
If you do not have the opportunity to come to our studio, but you have the need to look at the gloves in person or try on a few pairs and make a selection, it is possible to order a box with the desired options, You will get a “half pair”.
Terms and conditions for ordering a fitting box at your address:
- Make a prepayment to the bank card in the amount of the cost of the most expensive pair you are ordering
- It is necessary to be careful with the gloves during the testing and not to damage them. The stains or signs of use can be the reason that the order will not be returned or the amount will be charged for the restoration of the glove
- There is 1 day for the fitting, not including the day of receiving the parcel. If you have any unpredictable circumstances, you can notify us and ask for an extension of the fitting period
- Boxes are sent only within Ukraine by "Nova Poshta"
- All transportation costs are covered by you
- If you made a selection, the amount of the pre-payment goes to the account of your order, but if the amount of the order is smaller than the deposit , we do a recalculation and return the difference to the card after the gloves are returned to us
- If none of the pairs suits you, the fee will be refunded fully when we receive the box of sample gloves
The maximal number of samples is 4. Exceptions are possible under the terms of our individual agreements with you
